Bapu inherited the legacy for education from his parents. He got this passion from his teacher parents. They taught him to use his knowledge for the sake of social welfare. Bapu has always tried his best to avail every possible one with the educational facilities.
Bapu believes that everyone in society should get an equal opportunity for education. He feels that children of farmers, especially in the village areas, should get their education at a reasonable rate and the education should be employment-oriented. Bapu started new educational institute (Shikshan Sankul) at Wadala, in association with Shree Ram Pratishthan Mandal. Children of farmers there are benefitted with this institute. The institution is working to develop the future of these kids.
To develop the skill set as well as stage daring in students, Lokmangal Pratishthan, in association with Lokmangal Nagari Patsanstha, organizes the Oratory Competition. Nursery Rhymes Competition is also organized. Successful students get prizes.
Bapu has always encouraged the efforts for education. With the help of Pratishthan, he arranges various educational initiatives to encourage school going students as well as to support them. One of the initiatives is the distribution of writing materials and uniforms to the needy and deserving students. Talented and deserving students get the scholarship for further studies.
The teachers do the sacred work of educating students. To show gratitude towards their work, Lokmangal Pratishthan, in association with Lokmangal Nagari Patsanstha, Shikshak Ratna Puraskar are delivered on Teachers' Day. The well-known personalities in the education field are invited to the prize distribution ceremony. 44 teachers have been honoured with this award in the last four years.
